The NKVMEN line covers beard care and men's skincare and was developed in response to customer requests. Retail orders ship once a week by USPS, and all retail products are final sale. In person, that means a short cleanse and moisturizing followed by an analysis under specialized lighting. Zoom consultations use digital facial analysis and a review of the current routine, with a link sent after booking. Treatments run from a 30-minute express facial to 70-minute customized and age management facials, with four-session series for hyperpigmentation and acneic skin. Chemical peels require a pre-peel consultation and a seven-day prep kit before the first peel, and dermaplaning is not offered to clients with certain active conditions or recent peels, which is reviewed at consultation. Clients wait in a lounge with complimentary refreshments and are escorted to their room when it is ready. A 30% deposit reserves appointments and is applied to the total at checkout.
