Francesca studied marketing at Rowan University and began her working life in social media, managing content for several med spa accounts. That led her into the treatment room: after finishing esthetics school, she worked hands-on in a medical spa. She later moved from New Jersey to Baltimore to open her own business, and founded Fresh Skin by Francesca there.

The menu is grouped into acne care, add-ons, brows, combos, facials, lashes, peels and waxing. Many facials use the Epicutis Medical Grade skincare line, which the business describes as clinically backed, alongside red light therapy, dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation and scalp massage. Other facials draw on Korean skincare, a collagen-infused line, Face Reality products for acne-prone skin, and PDRN, a compound derived from salmon DNA.

New clients can start with Francesca's Facial Edit, a customized first facial, or with the Acne Bootcamp, which opens with a 15 to 20 minute consultation before a facial built around the skin. Returning acne clients follow a shorter session. Peels use BioRePeel, and brow services include lamination, tinting and a hybrid brow stain.

Booking details matter here: at least 48 hours' notice is asked for cancellations and rescheduling, and a card is kept on file through the booking system. Clients who are running late have a 10 minute grace period if they let the business know. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Treatments are built around the skin, with the Epicutis line as the core of many facials and acne and pregnancy-specific options alongside the main menu.
