Francesca owns Fresh Skin by Francesca and works there as its esthetician. She studied marketing at Rowan University, earning a bachelor's degree, and started her career in social media, managing content for several med spa accounts.
After graduating from esthetics school, she worked hands-on in a medical spa setting. She later moved from New Jersey to Baltimore to open her own business, and founded Fresh Skin by Francesca there.
