Base Color covers gray and touches up roots, Gloss adds shine and reduces brassiness, and All Over Color deepens tones with a glossy finish, though it is not suited to blonde or lighter hair. For bigger changes there are three Custom Experiences, the Mini, Maintenance and Full, which range from targeted foil work to all-over highlights, teasylights, lowlights and double processes.

Hand tied extensions are sewn onto natural strands using beads and string. Pricing depends on the job, and a consultation is required before a first installation. Extensions need maintenance every six to eight weeks and can be reinstalled every four to six months. Complimentary 15-minute consultations are available for both color and extensions.
