Every service is booked on its own, so guests pick what they need and set their own budget. Prices are shown as ranges that depend on the stylist's tier: Junior for under 5 years of experience, Senior for 5 to 10 years, Master for 10 or more years, and Owner. Haircut and styling services include a shampoo wash, blow dry and style. Color services are separate and do not include a haircut or blow dry. Associate stylist pricing is available on request by calling the salon or contacting it directly.

Extensions are priced as a custom service and begin with a complimentary in-person consultation that includes a price quote for the look a client wants. Costs run from $500 to more than $5,000, depending on method, length, color, head size and customization. The extension method is chosen at that consultation based on lifestyle, budget and how much maintenance the client wants to commit to. Tape-in and hand-tied options need in-salon upkeep every 6 to 8 weeks and can be reused for up to a year, while Great Lengths keratin bond extensions last 3 to 5 months and are discarded after one use. Every extension client receives home care instructions and a demonstration at the appointment. Covet + Mane extensions require a deposit.

Barbering appointments must be booked directly with Alana Krebs. Color correction starts with a complimentary in-person consultation, which has to happen before any booking. Cancelling at least 48 hours ahead carries a 50% fee. Cancelling within 24 hours, or missing an appointment without notice, may result in a charge for the full service. Service fees are non-refundable. Home care products may be swapped within two weeks of purchase for items of the same price or less. Any concern about a service should be raised within 48 hours, and the salon offers a complimentary correction or an alternative within two weeks. Current clients can receive a free haircut by naming the client to the salon when a new client books; the referral doesn't apply to earlier visits and the credit can't be passed to someone else. Guests are asked to leave children and extra companions at home because space is limited, and the salon has no reduced rate for children's haircuts. Reserved parking is behind the building, and there is plenty of street parking on Frederick Road. Hours are 9AM to 9PM, Monday through Friday, and 9AM to 3PM on Saturday and Sunday.
