Nikia K. Vaughan

Nikia K. Vaughan is the founder and owner of NKVSKIN, where she works as a licensed esthetician, formulates the facial skincare line and serves as storefront owner and educator. She launched NKVskin in 2018. She trained at the Aveda Institute of Maryland and holds an esthetician license, and is certified in natural skincare. She worked alongside professional scientists to refine her formulas and makes her own skincare products for all skin types. The NKVMEN line was developed in response to customer requests. Her facials are customized, with a progressive approach to healing and keeping skin healthy. In person, consultations include a cleanse and moisturizing followed by analysis under specialized lighting. Zoom consultations rely on digital facial analysis, with a review of the current routine. She is an award-winning formulator, and her work has been featured in The Afro, Voyage Baltimore, Baltimore Business Journal, Ebony Magazine Online and Bold Journey. She also speaks at leadership and training seminars, community or university classes, webinars and expert interviews, and offers business coaching and mentoring.
