Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients book by call or text at (901) 800-9778, texts are answered within 24 hours, and the studio sends the appointment address by text the day before once the style and time are confirmed. No deposit is needed to book. Clients buy their own hair and are told the type, length and number of packs needed. Hair should be washed, blow-dried and free of product beforehand, and natural hair should be twisted down after drying. Extra guests are not allowed. Payment is accepted in cash, Apple Pay or Zelle on the day. Cancelling within 24 hours requires a $25 non-refundable deposit before another appointment is confirmed. After a no-call no-show, a non-refundable deposit of half the next desired style is required. Clients who are sick are asked to cancel and reschedule.

Niquely Designed School of Braids and Crochet began enrolling students in May 2022. It is geared toward youth, though adults can also enroll to learn braiding. The program includes guidance on entrepreneurship, finances and building relationships. Classes are one-on-one, each three hours and priced at $225, and cover knotless and box braids, cornrows and feed-ins, stitch braids, design braiding, island and spring twists, and crochet styles. Some classes require already knowing how to braid.

The shop also sells hand-made wig bands with adjustable straps, which can be worn with caps, hats, berets or full head wraps. Named styles include DaKayla, Chanel, Kaliyah, Karretta and Kendyll at $85.99. Other items include braided and twisted ponytails from $8.99, an 8-piece Clip-In-Braids set for $10, butterfly hair clips, and God Gym AND Therapy apparel. Online orders take 7-10 business days to ship or be ready for pickup. All sales are final, and orders cannot be changed once submitted.
