The menu is organized by service type: braids, crochet, kids braids, locs, stitch braids, take-down and twists. Many items are priced by both age and size, so a client's age and the length and scale of the style both affect the price.

New clients are welcome. Before a first appointment the shop asks for a photo of the client's hair. Hair needs to be clean and blown out straight beforehand, and afros are not accepted. Most styles do not require anything brought from home. Clients are asked to arrive on time and wait in their car until their appointment time.

Some styles may require a deposit, which is non-refundable. A deposit covers one booking and one cancellation. Reschedules are made by calling or messaging at least 24 hours ahead, and each client may reschedule once without an extra charge. No refunds are given, and payment is due at the end of each appointment.

Zelle, cash, Apple Pay and tap pay are accepted; tap pay carries a 2.9% processing fee, and Cash App is no longer accepted. Hours are Tuesday 10 am to 7 pm, Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday 10 am to 5 pm, Friday noon to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2:30 pm. The shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays. An after-hours braiding service is also listed at $50.

Adult and teen braiding in small, medium and large sizes, including knotless, box, feed-in, lemonade, scalp and layered styles, plus butt-length braids and a boho bob. Retouches for ages 3 to 10 are also listed here.
