Appointments are booked through GlossGenius. Cancellations and reschedules need at least two hours' notice, given by text or call. Deposits are taken for some services, and that deposit doubles as the cancellation fee if the salon is not told in time. Same-day bookings carry a $50 last-minute fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open most days from 7 AM to 11 PM, with a shorter Wednesday day and a Sunday afternoon and evening schedule.

The menu covers loc services from repairs and retwists to faux, invisible and curly locs, micro loc services, braids, twists, crochet, haircolor with K-18 mixed in, and styling. Children's services are offered, with a half-head option for children 12 and under on certain styles.
