The menu is broad. Protective styles include knotless braids and several kinds of sew-in, along with keratin tape-ins and lace closure and frontal work. Chemical services include relaxers and virgin texturizers. Color runs from a semi-permanent rinse to permanent retouches and virgin color application. Styling includes silk presses, rollersets and fingerwaves. Custom handmade wigs and units, wig installs, loc care and extension maintenance such as removals and lace resets are also offered.

The consultation is mandatory for chemical services, tape-in extensions, frontal installations and micro-link sew-ins, and clients who have alopecia or hair loss are also asked to consult. Certain services must be done in sequence: a relaxer can only be scheduled after a traditional sew-in, braids, tape-ins or a silk press have been completed.

The online shop carries Peruvian and Supreme hair collections, closures, frontals and accessories. According to the salon, the Supreme Collection is its top seller because of its long-lasting shine. The shop allows unopened extensions to be returned within five days after a phone call, with exchanges and shipping costs covered by the customer.
