The head spa menu runs from a 30-minute Traditional Head Spa Shampoo to a 95-minute Nature's Harmony Balance that includes a hair mask and the Awaken Scalp Facial. Other options include the 70-minute Cranial Glow, the 70-minute Ultimate Hydration Restore with a hair mask and steam, and The Bold & The Bald, a 60-minute scalp treatment with a hot towel, serum and hydration. Head spa beds offer massage and gentle air compression. Botanical Beard Revival is a 75-minute beard treatment using avocado seed oil, jojoba oil, aloe, burdock root and herbs. On the skin side, the 10 Karats Facial is the top-tier option with a full face, décolleté and hand massage. Hair services cover several areas. Natural hair work includes blowouts, silk presses, two strand twists, and roller or rod sets. Extension services include lace closure sew-ins and quick weaves, traditional sew-ins with a natural leave-out, half up/half down sew-ins, and sleek ponytails. For lace closure installs and half up/half down styles, the client supplies the closure or hair, since neither is included. Sleek ponytails use the client's own hair and include a shampoo. The salon is not responsible for the quality or performance of extensions bought inside or outside the salon. Loc maintenance includes a shampoo, a complimentary conditioning treatment and a retwist for up to 100 locks, and loc retwists with luxury style cover up to 100 locks reaching mid-back. Luxury styles include barrel twists, petal buns, two strand twists and loc knots. Starter locs are offered with comb coils or two strand twists, and prices may vary. Additional length fees may apply to loc services.

Booking requires a 50% deposit at scheduling, which is non-refundable and also applies to appointments booked with a gift card. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service, and clients may reschedule up to two times before losing the deposit, with changes made at least 24 hours ahead. Walk-ins are accepted when availability allows, though appointments are recommended. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on Sunday. Children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. Payment is accepted in cash, credit and debit cards, with a 3% surcharge on major credit cards. All sales are final, though unopened products in original condition may be exchanged within 5 days, and opened products may be exchanged if defective. Redo complaints must be submitted by phone and email within 48 hours, and the redo must be done with the same provider within one week.

Salon 10 LLC shares its location with Ten Karats Virgin Hair LLC, a separate business. Salon 10 gift cards, physical and electronic, are valid for five years and are non-refundable. They can be used only for salon services, not Ten Karats Virgin Hair purchases, and Ten Karats gift cards work only for retail products. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards are not replaced.
