Clients are asked to arrive with hair shampooed and blow-dried for braids, butterfly locs, faux locs and box braids, and hair must be free of product for those services. Shampoo is available on site. A $10 late fee applies after a 15-minute grace period, and appointments not kept within 20 minutes of the start time are canceled and must be rebooked. Clients with questions or a style that isn't listed can send a text to (901) 289-1360.

Hair is included in several services: the butterfly locs price covers the hair, as do braid ponytails, knot buns and straight ponytails. Knotless and box braids use 42-inch or 52-inch Xpression prestretched hair, and kids knotless and box braids use 18-inch Freetress hair. Silk pressing is included with any ponytail service.

Appointment lengths vary a good deal by style. Fishtail or stitch braids take about an hour, while medium and small knotless braids can run most of a working day. The salon also lists a one-on-one ponytail class and a ponytail university tap-in class, though pricing for the tap-in is not listed.
