Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings are made through the online system, and each service carries a retainer, with the remaining balance due at the time of service. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, no additional guests are permitted, and a no-call no-show carries a 50% service charge and possible loss of booking privileges.

Standard maintenance is included for gel and acrylic sets when booked within the recommended timeframe, and the salon recommends a maintenance visit every two to four weeks. Soak-off services are for the salon's own previous work, so clients who had nails done elsewhere should contact the salon before booking.
