Event and bridal work is covered too: bridal trials are booked separately from wedding-day styling, while bridesmaids, the couple's mothers and guests book special occasion styling. Tape-in extension installation and maintenance are offered as well.
Booking and policies are spelled out. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. Bookings require a deposit ranging from $5 to $75 depending on the service. Cancelling or rescheduling with 48 or more hours notice allows one reschedule with the deposit carried over; shorter notice forfeits the deposit and charges half the scheduled service. A second reschedule requires a new deposit, a no-call, no-show is charged the full service, and repeated changes may require full prepayment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
