Many color, highlight, perm and blonding services take a deposit, which ranges from $10 to $100 depending on the service. Color correction and vivid color require a consultation first, and the color and extension consultation fees are credited toward the service booked. Cancellations or reschedules need 12 to 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows for color, blonding, haircut and extension services can be charged 50% to 100% of the service amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment moves to another day. After more than three rebookings of one appointment, a $10 fee applies to each new booking and a deposit is required. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment.

The menu spans haircuts for adults and children 12 and under, buzz cuts with hand-painted art, all-over and corrective color, vivid color, platinum blonding, foil and foilyage highlights, extensions, perms, Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, styling, gloss and scalp treatments, and brow, lip and chin waxing. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Ongoing education keeps the work current, and services are built around color, blonding, cutting and extensions.
