Veloura is a private suite med spa with locations in Birmingham, at the Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, and in Taylor near Southland. Each visit takes place one-on-one in a private suite, and every treatment is shaped to the individual client.

The spa was founded by Nina Mikhail, who owns it and works as an aesthetician there. Its approach draws on K-beauty and skincare innovation from Seoul, South Korea. The spa describes its treatments as clinically backed and says it aims to set trends rather than follow them.

Signature offerings include Veloura-branded treatments such as Skin Renewal, Sculpt, CO2 laser skin resurfacing and laser hair removal, along with microneedling and exosome therapy within its skin treatments. An in-spa skincare formulator creates custom products for each client, and selected skincare is also available to buy. Monthly memberships bundle facials and add-ons, with a 12-month minimum.

Appointments can be booked online through the website, or by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and no-shows are charged 20%. Birmingham offers extended evening hours on request.
