Clients start with a free 15-minute one-on-one consultation that covers their hair goals, routine, scalp and hair health, and recommendations. Extension clients have a separate complimentary 15-minute consultation covering the extension method, color match, length and amount of hair, with a personalized quote. Extension hair and installation are priced separately, and the hair must be purchased before the installation appointment can be booked. A deposit for the hair can be taken at the consultation. Payment options include in-person payment and Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Booking is held with a valid card on file, which is charged only if the cancellation policy is violated. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service. New clients get one grace for a late cancellation or no-show. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. A signed waiver and consent form is required before any service.
