New Cheveux Salon was founded by Jada, a stylist who has worked on hair for 11 years. The salon aims to offer a calm, spa-inspired visit where clients can relax while receiving hair services tailored to them.

Every visit starts with a detailed consultation that reviews the client's Design Profile, which the client can agree to add to their file. Guests sign a Hair Design Sheet before service that lists the agreed plan and price. The salon keeps detailed records of color formulas, techniques used, and service history, so future appointments can build on past ones. Guests may have a beverage or light snack during their visit.

Listed prices are starting points, since each service is tailored and the final cost may differ. First-time guests receive $25 off color or $10 off a haircut.

Booking is by reservation only, and walk-ins are not accommodated. Appointments can be made up to 35 days ahead and require a valid card on file. New clients complete a virtual consultation before their first booking, and returning clients planning a major style change do the same. Clients are asked to bring at least one inspiration photo to that consultation. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged according to the salon's policy. Payment is due in full at the time of service and can be made by Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or cash. No refunds are issued for completed services.
