Jessica is a licensed cosmetologist who has worked since 2013 and trained at Paul Mitchell. Her work centers on naturally curly hair and on color that stays low-maintenance as it grows out, and she works with every hair texture and length, from fine to thick and straight to curly.

The color menu runs from a demi-permanent gloss to balayage refreshes, partial and full dimension, and all-over single-shade color. Dimension and color pricing can shift with the amount of product and time needed. A root touch-up covers the roots only and is color only, not a highlighting service, but it is discounted to $70 when added to a highlight appointment and set at the time of booking.

Hair services include a haircut with shampoo, deep conditioning and blow-dry styling, a shampoo and style for a deep cleanse, and a scalp analysis that assesses hair and scalp condition and suggests maintenance steps. Add-ons include a three-part clarifying treatment, a hot towel hair mask, Olaplex chemical protection for any chemical service, and heat styling for curls or flat-ironed finishes after a blowout.

The studio's keratin treatment does not straighten hair; it is a two-step system aimed at controlling frizz, with results the studio says can last up to three months. Booking is by appointment, with Buy Now, Pay Later available from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the visit. Appointments canceled or moved with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and same-day cancellations or no-call no-shows are charged in full.

Color and cut work is built around a client's natural texture, with an emphasis on simpler at-home routines and color that looks its best between visits.
