Curly cuts can be done dry or wet, and the choice depends on hair type, curl pattern and what the client needs. New curly clients book a visit of about an hour and a half that covers a consultation, a dry or wet cut and a diffused style. Returning curly clients are priced by hair thickness, with a separate rate for fine to medium hair and one for thick or coarse hair.

Curly appointments also include teaching on products, techniques and styling methods, so clients leave knowing how to handle their hair at home.

Color services range from glaze or toner and extra color for new growth to root retouch, partial and full foil highlights, all-over color, specialty color techniques and perms. Several combination services pair a color or perm with a shoulder-length or long haircut in one visit. Hot iron work is not included in those combinations.

Cancellations made with 24 or more hours' notice carry no charge. Less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-call, no-show is charged 75%. Fees are based on the time reserved rather than the products. Clients without a card on file may be asked to pay or leave a deposit before the next appointment is booked.

Curly and textured hair is a focus, and the salon builds product and styling education into those appointments.
