Extension work includes four methods. Micro-link extensions are lightweight wefts installed without glue or heat. Strand-by-strand extensions are applied one strand at a time, with density and placement customized. Sew-ins are protective styles sewn in with minimal tension. Wig and hair unit styling includes custom fitting, styling and care education, and wig restoration is offered for one or two wigs. Every extension visit moves through a consultation and assessment, custom selection and color matching, installation, and aftercare guidance. Prices vary with hair length, density and condition and are confirmed at consultation.

Hair loss and scalp care combine scalp analysis, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, scalp therapies, targeted treatments and ongoing monitoring. The work addresses shedding and thinning, chronic scalp concerns, traction alopecia, stress-related and hormonal shedding, postpartum shedding, CCCA and AGA. Red light therapy for hair thinning uses 20-minute sessions focused on areas of thinning, usually given as a series. It is offered for low to moderate thinning only, not for significant scalp inflammation or advanced hair loss. A four-session package is $150. The red light course starts with a $100 consultation that includes Mediceuticals growth products to take home, and red light appointments do not include shampooing, conditioning, styling or blow-drying.

Hair care visits begin with a hair health assessment covering texture, porosity, elasticity, moisture and breakage. Deep conditioning and strengthening treatments use professional-grade products matched to each client's needs, and personalized at-home care plans include product recommendations. Every hair care visit and every service includes a head spa experience. Styling visits begin with a gentle hair and scalp check, and the studio uses low-tension, protective methods designed to support hair retention.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments are booked through Vagaro, and walk-ins are not accepted. New clients and clients returning after 12 or more months must schedule a consultation before a styling appointment. Virtual consultations are available for clients who want to connect before a first visit, including hair loss assessments and extension planning. Professional treatments are typically recommended every four to six weeks. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

The space also rents to beauty professionals, wellness instructors and small business owners for seminars, pop-ups, workshops and private events. Tables, chairs and privacy backdrops are provided. The front vendor space is a flat $150 for 8 hours during business hours, with branded business attire or all-black clothing required. The back space is $85 per hour and the full salon is $125 per hour, both available when the salon is closed. A full day is $750 for up to 8 hours. Hourly rentals are billed in full hours, setup and cleanup count toward the rental, a deposit holds the date, and all requests are subject to approval.
