Koiled & Coiffed

Koiled & Coiffed is a full-service salon in Forestville, Maryland, a short distance from Washington, DC and Virginia. Its focus is blowouts, weaves and custom color for wigs, bundles and natural hair, with cuts, braids, twists and loc care alongside.

The menu runs from light scalp and detangling appointments to longer sew-ins, custom loc color and full highlighting. The Signature Silk Press is the service the salon describes as its most requested. Clients booking color, Micro Loc Installation or Color Correction need a consultation first, and the consultation deposit is applied to the service booked. Special Occasion and Up Do bookings take a $50 deposit, and a Recurl must be booked within 72 hours of the original appointment. Color Correction is priced at $150 per hour with a starting price of $450.

The salon is open Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the appointment carry a full cancellation fee. Payments go through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
