Extension services include sew-ins, frontal and closure wig applications, lace wigs, crochet styles, bonded and sew-in ponytails, micro link installs and removals, and K-tip installs. Color services range from temporary, demi and permanent color to root retouches, full and partial highlights, and full balayage. According to the salon, its balayage is painted by hand, beginning between one-fourth and one-third of the way from the scalp toward the ends. Styling is not part of the balayage price.

Treatments include deep conditioning, protein strengthening, hair masks, steam treatments and scalp treatments, plus keratin straightening, which takes about two hours or more. The salon says the keratin result can last up to three to five months with proper hair care. Relaxers are offered as retouches or as virgin relaxers.

For natural hair, the salon offers two strand twists, mini two strand twists, comb coils, loc maintenance and loc extensions, where 20 to 30 locs are added individually and locs are sold separately. Lash services include classic individual extensions, hybrid sets that combine 3D and single lashes, and refills. Brow services include eyebrow waxing, coloring and micro shading, a semi-permanent ink cosmetic tattoo applied with a handheld tool. Pampering options include aromatherapy massage and maternity massage, the latter performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist.
