Color services are available, but a consultation with a test strand must be booked first. Wash and style options include a wash with blow dry, press and curl, and silk press. Deep conditioning and a 30-minute consultation for hair care advice are also offered.

Appointments are held with a working credit or debit card, and payment in full is due at booking. There is a 15-minute grace period for every client; arriving later incurs a $20 late fee, and extended grace periods may shorten the service. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, with a $25 fee for late changes, and constant late rescheduling may lead to no longer being able to book. A no-call, no-show must be rebooked within 24 hours or the appointment is forfeited. The salon is open Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and sells gift cards that can be checked online.
