Each visit starts with a consultation so the lash set can be shaped to the look the client wants. Bridal clients also have a consultation before their appointment to settle thickness, curl, length and design. Lash sets come in classic silk, classic mink and Russian volume, in 2D through 8D-plus styles. The Shy Girl set adds lashes to the outer corners of the eye, and the larger sets run from about 1 hour to 3 hours or more depending on the style.

Fills, quick touch-ups and lash removal are offered, and a fill needs at least half of the existing extensions still in place to qualify for the fill price. Lash correction for work done at another studio takes longer and is priced accordingly. Lash tinting is available as well.

Brow work includes shaping with tweezers, tinting, waxing, henna packages and a brow cleanup. Perfect Brow Extensions, which the site describes as a UK technique, fill gaps, add volume and extend the brow line in sessions from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. Microblading is offered as a semi-permanent service that deposits pigment with a fine blade; the first visit takes about 2.5 hours and a touch-up is recommended after four weeks and then yearly.

Makeup services include traditional and airbrush application with strip lashes for bridal parties, events and photo shoots, and makeup lessons are available. Threading and tweezing cover the chin, upper lip, sideburns and the whole face. Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup, to remove contact lenses or bring a lens case, and to avoid oil-based removers and night creams that can reach the lashes.

Lash services are customized to each client's desired look after a consultation, using medical grade adhesive and high quality products that the business says it selects.

Presented as a lash spa, with music picked by staff that clients may swap for their own music or an audiobook.
