Nails are a large part of the menu. Russian manicures start at $70 and begin with cuticle refinement and shaping before a finish is chosen, ranging from a bare, no-polish finish to gel color, hard-gel strengthening and acrylic recovery for nails that feel thin or overworked after acrylic wear. Pedicures include a European smart pedicure, which uses single-use Smart Disc abrasives, and The Atenaá Duo, where two nail artists work on a manicure and pedicure at the same time. The salon describes its nail and foot services as using trusted European methods, strict hygiene and elevated materials, and says medically sterilized instruments are used.

Lashes and brows are the other core area. Lash extensions run from a classic single-extension set through volume, wet-look, Kim K style and anime designs, with each set customized to the client's eye shape, natural lashes and desired look. Each natural lash is isolated and the extension weight is matched to it, according to the salon. Brow services include shaping by waxing, threading or tweezing, tinting, lamination and Organic Brow Reconstruction, which uses acacia extract and is not a lamination. The salon says its brow products are available exclusively at Atenaá in the USA.

The menu also includes permanent makeup such as powder brows, lip blush and lash line enhancement, all semi-permanent, with a touch-up offered for work originally done at the salon. Massage and facial rituals cover face, body and sound-based sessions, including facial treatments that use French skincare and hydrating masks, and some facials end with a herbal tea. Private one-on-one sound healing takes place in a private room. Waxing and skin care, day makeup and bridal makeup are also offered.

The salon also hosts private experiences such as bridal showers, bachelorette celebrations, birthdays and corporate wellness outings. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment only. Online booking shows open times for each selected service, and clients can also text or call.

Treatments are framed as rituals, with the salon citing European methods, strict hygiene and elevated materials as its standard.
