MPower Hair Solutions is a non-surgical hair replacement studio on W. Drew Street in Houston's Montrose neighborhood, close to downtown and the Medical District. The salon describes itself as Houston's premier non-surgical hair replacement studio.

The studio builds custom removable and non-removable hair systems for men, women and children, and provides cut-ins and maintenance for hair systems, including those fitted elsewhere. Repairs are done in-house, so systems no longer need to go to outside specialists.

Women with partial hair loss can choose integration systems, which attach to the scalp or existing hair and are cut to blend, or partial hair additions, also called toppers, for loss concentrated in one area. Vacuum systems are held on by suction and made from a mold of the head, and custom cranial prostheses are available for total hair loss from medical conditions. Micro Point Links and Extensions add length or volume, and Micro Point Accents add density to short, medium or long fine hair.

A visit begins with a free, no-obligation consultation held one-on-one in a private room, usually lasting 30 to 45 minutes. Free test extensions are offered at that appointment for clients considering extensions. Services are by appointment only, with evening and weekend times available. The studio helps with insurance claims and coordinates with doctors and medical professionals, and some insurers cover systems when hair loss is medical. Spanish is spoken at the studio.

Each client's situation is assessed first, then options are recommended and the studio supports the client through the process, including care instruction. Consultations are confidential.
