Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended. Bookings can be made by phone or text at (713) 523-6905. The salon is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from noon to 6 pm. Extra parking is available next door at AvantGarden, open 10 am to 6 pm.
Color prices are starting figures that cover the base service only, so a blowout, additional bowls of color, and glazing or toning are priced on top. A blowout is advised alongside any color appointment. Corrective work and vivid color designs are quoted after a consultation. For formal styling, the suggested lead time is at least seven days.
Cancellations or date changes are asked for at least 24 hours before an appointment, or 48 hours for multiple services. A credit card charge applies when that notice is not given, before another service can be rebooked. All sales are final, and no money-back refunds are offered.
The salon says passion and excellence are central to its mission, and new team members go through several styling and coloring trials and at least three interviews.
