New clients start by messaging the salon with two to four inspiration pictures, then share a color history of two to three years that includes any chemical services such as keratin or relaxer treatments. They also send front, back and side photos of their current hair taken in natural light. Consultations are complimentary, and color correction requires one before booking. The salon's goal is to give each client a good experience and shape the new look around everyday life.

Listed prices are senior stylist pricing, and each stylist's pricing appears on the booking site. Color and extension prices are estimates that can change with hair density and length. A non-refundable deposit and a card on file are required to book, for new and existing clients alike. Appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a charge of half the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service. Arrivals after the 15-minute window may not receive the booked service and must reschedule, with a cancellation fee. Guests without an appointment are asked to leave because space is limited.

Personal consultations match each client's goal and aim for a look they will feel comfortable with.
