A visit can start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through timing, color, cutting, extensions and any other requests before booking a full appointment. The hair menu runs from blowouts and haircuts to grey coverage, partial and full color, gloss refresh, bleach and tone, and a customized color experience.

The salon is gratuity-free, so tipping is not part of the visit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and a no-show without notice to the stylist is charged the full price of the scheduled services. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
