First-time curl clients are required to take the MHG Curl Experience, which teaches them how to manage and style their curls. New clients complete a consultation before booking, held in person for local clients or by FaceTime or Skype for those further away. Clients can ask for a silent appointment, where no conversation is required or expected, by noting it when booking, by text, or by telling the stylist on arrival.
