Tribe Salon & Spa works as a space for independent stylists and artists to perform the services they enjoy, and the salon aims to give each guest a personalized, positive visit. Stylists are independent contractors, and pricing varies by stylist, so guests are encouraged to book a consultation first, after which the stylist provides a quote. Guests who are unsure who to book can complete a stylist match survey to be connected with a stylist. Hair services are offered for all hair types, including super curly, fine and thinning hair.

Extension work starts with a consultation of 30 to 45 minutes in the salon. The stylist assesses hair density and health, checks color, reviews maintenance, and gives a personalized quote that covers installation, custom coloring if needed, and a maintenance schedule. All extensions are made with 100% human hair, in four methods: sew-in wefts on a beaded foundation customized to density, keratin-bonded K-tip strands placed one at a time, flat tape-in wefts with a thin adhesive, and removable clip-in wefts for special occasions or styling flexibility. The salon describes its 18-inch balayage and layered extension set as its most popular extension.

Hair products come from Eufora International, which the salon says has made products since 1997 and describes as 100% active and highly concentrated. The salon asks guests to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their appointment, since arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or rescheduled. Changes need 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations are invoiced at half the service, and cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are invoiced at the full service. A no-call, no-show requires full prepayment before rebooking. Refunds are not given, but complimentary adjustments are offered within 10 days of the initial service.
