On the hair side, haircuts for women, men and children come with a shampoo, scalp massage and blow-dry style. Children's cuts are offered for children under 10, and children who prefer not to be shampooed can get a dry cut. Some cuts use precision dry cutting, which requires extra training and is priced higher. Color services range from all-over color and baby-lights to balayage or foilayage, money pieces, toner or gloss, and double process color. Balayage or foilayage may need a consultation before booking. Color correction is scheduled after a consultation because it can take six hours or more and sometimes needs several visits. Retouches cover regrowth under one inch, and longer regrowth carries an up charge. Smoothing options are the Keratin Express Treatment, which is aimed at fine or frizzy hair, and the Brazilian Blowout. Styling includes blow outs, where hot tools are an add-on, along with formal and special occasion styles. Bridal clients must complete a consultation and a trial first.

The spa suites offer several massage styles, including relaxation, lymphatic drainage, cupping, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point work. Facials range from light therapy and dermaplaning to microdermabrasion, anti-aging facials, hydro facials and specialty peels. Sugaring and brow and face waxing are available, along with bikini and Brazilian waxing at the salon. Aesthetics and wellness services include Botox and filler, Sculptra, microneedling, ultra laser, chemical peels, weight loss therapy and peptides. Permanent makeup, microblading, lash extensions and special occasion or bridal makeup are also on the menu.

Cancellations made with 48 hours' notice or more are free. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services, and multi-service appointments of two hours or more canceled within 48 hours are charged the full reserved amount. No-shows are charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
