The style leans toward natural-looking makeup and modern, romantic hairstyles, with the aim of enhancing each client's own features rather than covering them. To find the right artist, a client can send a photo or Pinterest board of the look they want, and the owner matches them with an artist whose work fits. Artists are hand selected by the owner for natural talent and industry experience. An optional Zoom call with the owner can come before a custom proposal, and a Vision Call with the owner helps plan the look and the wedding day aesthetic.

Booking is done through a custom proposal. Signing it reserves the event date, with a 25 percent deposit required to hold the services, and signed proposals hold the date for three months. Clients usually book six to nine months ahead, and popular dates in May, June, September and October fill quickly. Quotes are honored for 30 days, and inquiries are answered within about 24 hours.

A trial run is recommended but not required. It lasts about two hours and includes a full makeup application and hairstyle. Clients come with clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face. If an artist is not the right fit, a second trial is arranged with a different artist from the team. On the wedding day, each artist typically works four to five hours, and the bride is scheduled for two hours of hair and makeup. Artists arrive 15 minutes before their slot to set up, and the studio aims for a calm, unhurried morning with prompt communication and day-of coordination. Afterward, a follow-up questionnaire, vendor introductions and optional photo sharing are offered.
