Lash work covers classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions. Classic extensions place one individual lash on each natural lash. Hybrid extensions mix individual and volume lashes. Volume extensions use four to eight lashes fanned together per application, and mega volume lashes are thicker, longer and bolder than volume. Fills are offered at one, two and three week intervals, and clients who are unsure whether they need a fill or a full set can send a photo of their lashes for advice. Two-week fills are not offered to clients with gaps or with most lashes missing on one eye, who may be charged based on what is needed.

Makeup services include special event makeup, which starts at $215 for about two hours, and photoshoot makeup at $250. A half day rate of $450 for four hours covers branding or portfolio shoots, wardrobe help and touch-ups on set, but not shoots with multiple models. Full day rates are quoted on inquiry for eight hours. Bridal makeup for the bride and for bridesmaids is quoted on inquiry, and a bridal trial is also available. Brow and waxing services are offered for the lips, chin, underarms, arms, back and legs. The eyebrow service includes trimming, waxing and tweezing but not filling in the brow with product. Each waxing area is priced separately, and some areas exclude neighbouring zones, so clients should check the listed inclusions before booking.

Deposits must be paid before an appointment is accepted, and deposits are nonrefundable. A 10-minute grace period applies, and a $10 late fee is charged once a client is 15 minutes late. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours ahead; otherwise a cancellation fee equal to the full service is charged to the card on file. Accepted payment methods are cash, Cash App, Zelle, Visa and Mastercard.
