Under one roof the business runs a salon, a barber area, a spa, a nail and makeup area, a laser therapy room, a MedSpa with Gerrish MedEsthetics, and group and bridal services. The hair menu covers cuts with a complimentary shampoo and blow dry, blow dries, perms, root and all-over color, foil and balayage highlights, Air Touch highlights, updos and bridal styling, and keratin and Brazilian blowouts. Extensions begin with a consultation. The barbering service offers beard trims, barber haircuts, hot lather shaves and barber hair color.

The spa menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, CBD, stone therapy, medi cupping, reflexology, foot massage and pregnancy massage for clients in their second or third trimester. Facials range from a 95 dollar express facial to a 250 dollar prolift tightening facial, and the menu also lists organic deep cleansing, anti-aging, glycolic resurfacing, vitamin C brightening, acne, hydrojelly, detox and back facials. Specialty options include dermaplaning, HydraFacial, Luminfusion, NanoInfusion and microneedling, along with lactic and glycolic peels, Melanopro, microdermabrasion, waxing, nail services, lash extensions and semi-permanent makeup such as microblading and lip work, performed by certified Permanent Makeup Artists.

Laser therapy is done with the Aerolase laser and is priced by area size. Complimentary consultations are offered for multi-session pricing. Injectable services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers and biostimulators, are provided every Monday at the salon by a nurse with Gerrish MedEsthetics. Gift cards cannot be used for injectables, and questions about those go to the Gerrish office.

Visit notes: clients should arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrivals may have shortened services and services end at their set time. A major credit card is needed to reserve spa services, and cash and major credit cards are accepted but not personal checks. Credit card payments carry a 3 percent fee, and debit cards are not charged it. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the service cost. Group bookings need 6 to 8 weeks' notice and pre-payment. Massage clients must be at least 16, nail, skin and waxing clients at least 12, and clients under 18 need a signed consent form. There are no services for children under 5 in the salon. The salon and boutique are wheelchair accessible, but the spa is not, and the building has no elevator and no private parking; street parking is available in Old Town and a paid garage is next door.
