Hair is a large part of the menu: haircuts, single-process and double-process color, toner or gloss, partial and all-over highlights, balayage, and AirTouch highlights. Smoothing and straightening options include Brazilian Blowout, nanoplasty, and YUKO Japanese straightening, which the salon says only its YUKO-trained stylists perform. Great Lengths extensions come in 40 natural shades and lengths from 8 to 24 inches, and two stylists are certified in applying them; a consultation sets the number of bonds, the colors and the cost. Lash services range from Classic and Volumizing full sets to hybrid sets, tints, lifts and touch-ups. Skin care covers facials, a HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, deep pore cleansing, designer peels and an acne treatment. Non-surgical enhancements include the PLAXEL+ plasma pen system and hyaluronic pen filler, and the men's menu covers haircuts, shape-ups, color, perms and facials. The salon also lists permanent makeup and massage among its services.

New clients are encouraged to book a consultation first. Booking is available online and by phone, and the front desk recommends calling 202-898-6350 during open hours for same-day availability. Hours are Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm, and Sunday by appointment only. Bridal and event hair and makeup can be done at the salon or at the client's home or hotel, and bridal bookings are secured with a signed contract and retainer. All sales are final, and clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to say so before leaving so staff can try to resolve it that day.

The salon says each service is tailored to the client's style and needs, and that stylists and technicians work with each client to find the right treatment for their concerns. Safety and quality come first, including when new products or procedures are adopted.
