Service is personalized and one-on-one, and visits are booked by appointment. Several services begin with a consultation, including custom balayage, where the final price depends on hair length, density and how much lightening is needed, and color correction, which is priced case by case. Color correction is aimed at uneven, brassy or unwanted tones.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays, and Saturday appointments may be available with varying hours; clients can text or call 516-830-5871 to check. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.

Payment plans through Buy Now, Pay Later are available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment.
