Balayage and blonding range from soft, natural, lived-in tones to bright dimensional blondes, and the salon also offers glazes, single process color and gray coverage, color correction, and vivid fashion color after a consultation. Keratin, Brazilian and Japanese smoothing options, along with Magic Sleek, are offered for frizz and straightening, and the salon uses Magic Sleek as a formaldehyde-free smoothing system. Hair extensions are available through K-tip keratin bonds, volume wefts and Bellami Professional extensions, and each requires a free consultation first.

A visit usually starts with a consultation, which the salon recommends before balayage or blonding, major color changes, color corrections, extensions and bridal styling. Estimated appointment times are 30 to 60 minutes for haircuts, 45 to 60 minutes for blowouts, 2 to 3 hours for highlights or color, and 3 to 4 or more hours for balayage or corrections. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, though appointments are strongly recommended for color and longer services. Online booking is open around the clock through the booking link, and clients can also call during business hours.

Bridal and event work is a separate part of the business, with bridal hair, makeup, trials, bridesmaid and flower girl styling, and special occasion updos available in the salon or on location. A non-refundable deposit reserves a bridal date, and wedding dates are best booked several months ahead. For on-location events, the salon offers early morning start times, additional stylists for large parties, and an assistant fee, with travel charged per mile. Breakfast packages in the salon are also available with bridal bookings.

Services are planned around each client's hair and routine, with consultations for color and extension work and take-home products recommended between visits.
