Every visit starts with a private in-chair consultation about the client's features, hair texture, condition, daily maintenance and goals, and the color, cut and care are then planned around those answers. Color consultations finish with a home-care plan. Clients are asked to bring two or three inspiration photos and examples of what they want to avoid. Routine services such as haircuts, blowouts, root touch-ups, glosses and deep-repair treatments can be booked directly, while major blonding, corrective color, extensions or dramatic changes need a call first so the salon can match the right artist and reserve enough time. Color correction may take more than one visit. Starting prices are general, and final color pricing is confirmed after consultation.

Fabio's Signature Collection combines a core color or cut with glossing, repair, conditioning, shaping and a finish, and it is built to complete the result in one booking. The packages were developed over years of professional research, advanced study and salon work. Each one can also be broken into individual services, including haircuts, glosses, highlights, treatments, smoothing and extensions. Clients booking through Fresha get a complimentary consultation with Signature services. The salon describes itself as award-winning, and its Fresha listing states a Best in Class 2026 recognition and Highly Recommended awards in 2025 and 2023.

The salon also sells Fabio's Haircare, a product line created by Fabio for color-treated, fine and compromised hair. The range includes a Deep Repair Treatment with sunflower oil, Moroccan rhassoul and malachite, a moisture shampoo and conditioner, Miracle Leave-In and Smoothing Cream. The professional collection is sold in the salons and through an online store.

Fabio's approach begins with a consultation and designs color, cut and care around each client's features, texture, maintenance preferences and goals, aiming for a result that suits the person rather than a copied look.
