Every service begins with a consultation covering a client's history, the look they want and their goals. The studio aims for a long-term relationship with each client rather than one-off visits. Brow shaping includes the consultation, tweezing, trimming and a customized tint, with a brow makeup lesson included. New client brow design takes 30 to 60 minutes and costs $175. New clients need extra time booked, and brows should have about eight weeks of growth before a first appointment for the best results.

Brow tints are custom blends that can brighten brows or cover grey, drawing on a wider range of shades than typical brow tints. The studio describes its brow tints as EU clean standard compliant. The Le Brow Lift is a keratin brow lift, also called brow lamination, done in three steps to lift, set and treat the brows. It takes about 60 minutes, lasts six to eight weeks, and its price includes tint and shaping. Afterward, brows should stay dry and free of makeup, lotions and oils for 48 hours. The keratin lash lift lifts natural lashes without extensions or falsies and includes a lash tint in about 60 minutes. Lashes should stay dry and free of mascara for 24 hours afterward. The studio says the keratin lash lift is superior to a lash perm.

Skin care runs from a 30-minute dermaplane express to a 90-minute combined treatment. The Studio facial is 60 minutes, costs $225 and is customized to immediate skin needs, with a double cleanse, diamond tip microdermabrasion, extractions as needed, serums, masks, Oxylight LED with a negative ion mist and finishing products. The Ultimate facial is 75 minutes and uses several Oxylight machine technologies. The Enzymatic facial is 60 minutes and uses enzyme exfoliation, and the studio says it suits all skin types. The All-In is a 90-minute facial for $650 that brings together the Oxylight modalities, including microdermabrasion for the face and eye area, lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, radio frequency and LED light. The studio says Oxylight treatments are non-invasive with zero downtime. The Peel is a 30-minute facial using salicylic, glycolic and lactic acids. It requires a previously booked full facial and a skin analysis, and clients should avoid retinols and exfoliating products for one week before it.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with other times by appointment and hours that may vary. Brow and hair appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and lash lift appointments need 48 hours' notice; otherwise the full amount is charged. A credit card is required to book. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not receive the full service and may be charged the full fee.
