The salon was created to be more of an escape than simply a place to get hair done. Its approach combines a laid-back kind of luxury with personalized hair care, and the team says it stays committed to continued education and attention to detail.

Guests are welcomed into a space meant to help them unwind and feel at home. Complimentary refreshments and a selection of curated amenities are part of the visit.

Color is the main focus, with lived-in dimensional color across four services. The Refresh is a quick dimensional touch-up for existing clients, the Midi adds subtle dimension to a refresh, the Full is for a full head of dimension and brightness, and the Transformation is a fully customized service for major color changes.

Haircuts include a blowdry style. A haircut can be added to any color service, with timing and pricing adjusted to match. Toner or gloss upgrades, deep conditioning treatments, scalp treatments and head massages are also available as add-ons.

Hair extensions are offered as installations, move-ups and custom coloring for extensions. All new extension clients must book a consultation before booking extension services. Head spa treatments are designed to restore, strengthen and maintain healthy hair, and the salon offers smoothing and hydration and shine treatments as well. Free consultations are available for guests who are unsure which service to choose. Bridal services are offered, with inquiries made through a form on the website asking for the wedding date and the couple's story.

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours, or a missed appointment without notice, may be charged a fee of 50 to 100 percent of the reserved service. Guests running late should contact the salon as soon as possible, as the service may be shortened or the appointment rescheduled. Arrive with clean, dry hair.
