Services cover blowouts in several styles, including a classic blowout, a more dramatic bombshell blowout, blowouts with extensions, a wash and go, and a silk press. Haircuts range from bang trims and girls' cuts to signature and deluxe cuts, with separate options for curly hair. Keratin services require a $30 deposit. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice carry a 50% fee, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full service price. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final sale.

Two membership plans are available. The Essential costs $105 a month and includes two classic blowouts, $10 off one add-on treatment, and a birthday treat. The Elite costs $220 a month and includes four classic blowouts, a complimentary hydrating treatment, one 10% discount on another service, and a birthday treat. Both let members upgrade blowouts to bombshell, extensions, or a hot tool for an extra charge, and membership benefits are applied automatically when booking and checking out in-store.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
