Color is the core of the menu. Balayage is offered for brunettes and blondes. For brunettes it adds dimension while keeping a natural brown base, with shades such as caramel, bronde and cinnamon. For blondes the shade directions include honey, buttery blonde, champagne and sandy blonde. Toner can be added after any blonding service to bring out gold, natural, ash, auburn or red tones, and a root-melt is available to soften roots as hair grows out. Babylights, highlights, lowlights, all-over color and color retouches round out the color menu, along with haircuts, trims, blowouts and add-on treatments.

Hair extensions are installed as custom wefts in one, two or three rows. They take two appointments: a consultation, then an install day that covers the hair, any color adjustment to the extension hair, application, a haircut and styling. Half the price is paid at consultation when the install is booked, and the balance is due on install day. Move-up or tightening visits remove and reapply extensions and include styling. Pricing for 22 and 24 inch extensions is shared at the consultation.

A visit starts with a complimentary consultation, offered virtually or in person. It lasts 15 to 20 minutes, can be booked through the website, and covers service details, hair goals, maintenance needs and pricing before a service appointment is scheduled. Consultations are required for new clients, color corrections and anyone wanting a brand new look. Color services begin with this consultation, and the salon aims for clients to feel fully satisfied afterward. A free mini hair color analysis is available online, and a full analysis is $125 and includes style choices and a hair care routine.

Booking is by appointment only, and the salon does not take walk-ins. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays until 4 PM, and phone bookings are handled on weekdays between 9 AM and 7 PM. Scheduling requires a deposit, which is applied on the day of the visit. Clients may change an appointment up to 48 hours ahead. A cancellation made within that window costs between $50 and $150, depending on how many services were booked, while missed calls and no-shows are charged half the price of the services booked. Children and additional guests are not permitted, except when they are receiving a service alongside another artist. In Houston, clients can park in front of the salon or in the rear lot of a brown-brick office building on Yupon Street that faces the post office. In Richmond, parking is in front of the salon. Accepted payments are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash in the exact amount.
