Color work is built around the individual. Before any product is mixed, a blonding service starts with an assessment of the client's natural base, hair history, undertones and skin tone. Color services begin with a consultation about lifestyle, bone structure and lighting, followed by a strand test that checks porosity, condition and color history. For gray, the salon weighs how much gray is present, the natural color, the result wanted and how much upkeep the client is willing to do. Less than 30 percent gray is often handled with highlights, demi-permanent color or gray blending, while more than 60 percent may point toward permanent color or a blend-to-embrace plan.

Balayage is hand-painted freehand onto the outer surface of chosen sections rather than saturated through, and foils are not used from root to end. The stylist adjusts developer and toners during the appointment as the hair takes the color, uses bond builders during lightening and finishes with acid-balanced glazes. Every blonding service includes a bond-protection and strengthening routine, with Olaplex and other bonding treatments built into the formula.

Hand-tied and Genius Weft extensions are installed using a bead-and-sew technique with no heat, glue or tape. According to the salon, hand-tied extensions are a good fit for clients with fine or thin hair, for those recovering from damage caused by earlier extension methods, and for those who often wear their hair up. Hand-tied wefts are made from 100% Remy human hair. Genius Wefts measure 0.78mm thick and are made from cuticle-aligned Remy human hair; they can be trimmed at any point along the weft without fraying, shedding or coming apart. Extension services are available to clients throughout the North DFW Metroplex, including Prosper, North Frisco and Celina.

Appointments are reserved in advance, and a booked time is held for the client. New clients request an appointment by calling or texting 972-571-7787; calls are preferred, and requests receive a reply within one to two business days. New clients are asked to submit two recent photos taken in natural light, one front and one back, together with the service they want and their general availability. Changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service price, while changes made less than 24 hours ahead or missed appointments are charged 100 percent. Charges go to the card on file and need to be settled before a new appointment can be booked. All scheduling changes must be sent by text.

The salon says each transformation begins with a private, unhurried consultation, and that color should feel like the best version of a client's existing hair rather than something applied on top of it.
