The salon aims to tailor each visit to the client's hair type and desired style.

Services are grouped into junior and master menus, with the junior menu priced for Level 1 stylists who have fewer than two years of experience. Listed prices are starting points for shoulder-length hair or shorter and rise with hair length and density. Color is quoted for 2 ounces, and extra length, density or color is charged separately. Every hair service includes a wash, blow-dry and scalp massage at the bowl. Curls add $10 to shampoo and style services.

Extensions are a major focus. The salon sells its own line, Gloss Babe Luxury Extensions, made from 100% premium human Remy hair, and keeps hair in stock for same-day installs. Butterfly weft is offered in 18 and 20 inches and sew-in in 18, 20, 22 and 24 inches, and the team can custom-match color when available shades do not fit. Installation is priced per row, hair is not included, and move-ups are offered only on the salon's own previous work. Volume, Length and Fullness packages are priced by weft count and length, with extension haircuts charged separately.

The salon says it received a Best of Prosper award for 2025. Evening and weekend appointments are by appointment only and can be booked by calling 972-837-5993. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, with a $50 fee for later cancellations and a full-service charge for no-shows. Refunds are not offered. The salon is cashless but accepts all major credit cards, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings.

Each service is shaped around the client's hair type and desired style, with products chosen with care, including vegan products and an ammonia-free color line.
