About

Maryland Eye & Face operates from 9110 Philadelphia Rd in Rosedale, offering surgery focused on the eyelids, orbit and face. Dr. Parag Gandhi founded the practice in 2020, and it sees patients from Baltimore and other parts of Maryland.

The practice aims to combine advanced techniques for non-invasive procedures with reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the face and eye area. Treatment is individualized around each patient's goals. Every eyelid surgery begins with a full consultation that includes an examination and a one-on-one discussion. Consultations can be booked by phone or through an online form.

Cosmetic work covers blepharoplasty for the upper, lower, or both eyelids, ptosis repair, Asian (double) eyelid surgery, brow lifts and brow surgery, with dedicated men's services. Reconstructive care addresses eyelid growths, chalazion, skin tags, eyelid lesions, malposition, ectropion, and entropion, as well as skin cancer reconstruction, facial nerve palsy, and facial reconstruction. The practice also treats dry eye and tearing, orbital conditions, thyroid eye disease, congenital ptosis in children, and facial dystonias.

Non-surgical aesthetic options include CO2 laser resurfacing, OPUS plasma RF resurfacing, Embrace RF facial tightening, Morpheus8, Botox, Dysport, and Restylane, RHA, and Revance treatments. The shop section lists Alastin, Epionce, and Colorescience products.

Phone lines are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Friday visits are by appointment only.

The practice pairs non-invasive procedures with reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the face and eye area, using advanced techniques and planning each treatment around the patient's goals.
