The practice was founded by nurse practitioner Olga Lannon, who worked at other aesthetic clinics before opening her own. Injectable care covers Botox and Xeomin, priced per unit, along with dermal fillers for the lips, cheeks, nasolabial folds, oral commissures and under the eyes. Biostimulators include Radiesse, HD Radiesse and Sculptra, and most fillers contain lidocaine, with topical and local anesthetics available.

Skin care centers on microneedling, chemical peels, facials and RX skincare. Skincare Pathways begin with a one-hour consultation with an expert who reviews skin type and concerns before building a custom regimen. The practice carries PCA Skincare and Amarte Skincare, and offers a medium-depth Perfect Derma peel that includes glutathione.

Medically managed weight loss uses GLP-1 medications. The program starts with a 30-minute virtual initial consultation, with its $75 fee applied to the first month's supply if a client joins. Subscriptions include one month of medication, monthly check-in visits, lab orders and body composition analysis. Medications are dispensed through Strive Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy that the practice notes holds voluntary accreditation from NABP, PCAB and LegitScript.
