Appointments are shaped around each client's style, needs and personality. Color services that change the existing color, such as color correction and multitone, begin with a required consultation, which is free and takes about 30 minutes, and includes a discussion of the service and strand tests for color. Stylists are said to keep up with current trends and techniques.

The color menu covers gray coverage and root touch-ups, single process color, accent, partial and full highlights, balayage and bleachout, gloss and tone, and vivid color refresh. Vivid transformation is a longer service of about four hours that typically starts with lightening before vivid shades are applied. Color correction and multitone can take about five hours and 15 minutes, and pricing may vary.

Haircuts include children's cuts, men's cuts that include a shampoo and edging, and signature women's cuts that include a consultation, shampoo and blowout. A dry trim of up to one inch is also offered, without styling or shampoo. Styling options include blowouts, formal updos, curl or flat iron work, accent braids and tinsel application, where clients should arrive with clean hair.

Treatments include a scalp treatment, deep conditioning, bond repair and gloss and tone. The salon is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. Free parking is in the lot, complimentary beverages are offered, and the salon is kid friendly. Clients are asked to cancel as early as possible so the spot can be offered to someone else; cancellations and no-shows carry no fee. Payment is accepted by Venmo, Zelle and cash.
