Men's cuts are shorter and finished with a wet style and product, while kids' cuts for ages 12 and under are offered without styling. A bang trim covers the front only and takes about ten minutes; one bang trim is included between haircuts and can also be booked by itself.

For color, the studio offers balayage in mini, partial and full sizes, plus foil highlights, lowlights, root touch-ups, all-over color for grey coverage, and creative color. Mini-Yage is a quick balayage using a small number of foils around the face and top of the head. Color correction addresses unwanted tones, banding and uneven color, and it requires a $100 deposit; the time and price depend on the work needed. Toners and deep conditioning can be added to color or cutting appointments, and a scalp treatment with essential oils and massage can be added to any service.

Clients can pay a 50% fee if they cancel, so the studio asks people to notify it as soon as possible to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $100, $200, $300 and $400 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each service is planned around the client's own hair, texture and everyday routine. The studio starts most visits with a consultation so the goals and hair history are understood first.
